DEV CHT-03 is a Cobalt–Molybdenum (CoMo) based hydrogenation catalyst engineered exclusively for Tail Gas Treating Unit (TGTU) applications in refinery sulphur recovery systems. Its primary role is to convert residual sulphur compounds such as SO₂, COS, CS₂, and elemental sulphur into H₂S, which is then recycled back to the Claus unit. By ensuring nearly complete sulphur recovery, DEV CHT-03 helps refineries achieve ultra-low SO₂ emissions and meet stringent environmental standards.
